You should treat yourself to a visit and throw yourself into one of the appetizers. Try Foie gras de canard “Maison”, chutney, pain aux fruits, which is one of the specialties, or Fines de Claires Marennes d’Oléron n° 2nd. Among the main dishes I can recommend Tartare de boeuf Charolais aux Couteaux, with home made french fries, raw and delicious, Or Coeur de filet de boeuf poêlé with pommes Pont-Neuf and sauce Béarnaise. If you can eat more and your credit card is not overheated you should taste a classic dessert Crêpes flambées au Grand Marnier. So delicious!
