Aux Charpentiers, which means “at the carpenters” is an older rustic restaurant. Not much has changed over the years at Aux Charpentiers. They serve old classics such as the homemade foie gras, Teté de veau de lait de corréz, vinaigrette, jus the truffles – Boiled calf’s head in milk with truffle juice. One of the specialties at Aux Charpentiers. The Carré de agneau d’ Irlande – Lamb chops with rosemary is also an exellent choise. For dessert enjoy the Fondant au chocolat.
