After several tapas tours in Seville I needed to eat was a little fed up with tapas. Hotel EME next to the cathedral is a 4 star luxury hotel with great service. The rooftop terrace offers the most wonderful views over the city. EME has a cozy Italian restaurant, Ostia Antica Ristorante which serves innovative Italian dishes. The service is very polite and pleasant. I had homemade squid ravioli with salmon, hollandaise sauce. Very different but a delicious combination.
